More than 5 years of sales experience in lithium battery, energy storage system, power system, new energy, distributed power generation and microgrid; have a deep understanding of the development of energy storage and new energy industries; have overseas home storage supply chain (cell, PCS, BMS, EMS) sales experience, sales experience in the European and American home storage market is preferred; customer resources are preferred.

More than 10 years of experience in the development of energy storage lithium battery products from well-known companies in the industry; proficient in the principles and related technologies of energy storage systems and related products; with experience in home storage or large-scale energy storage system design, engineering application, operation and maintenance, fault analysis, etc.; able to Have a deep understanding of the energy storage industry, grasp the technological development trends and trends of the energy storage industry, be familiar with PCS, BMS, and EMS, and have strong resource expansion capabilities; 

Bachelor degree or above, master's degree is preferred, more than 5 years of work experience in lithium battery (square aluminum shell is preferred), and work experience in well-known battery cell companies is preferred; familiar with (liquid injection or capacity section) process and equipment related knowledge; master FMEA .DOE.SPC.MSA and other 6sigma tools, skilled use of Minitab, JMP and other software.

Bachelor degree or above, master's degree is preferred, more than 5 years of relevant design experience in lithium battery (square aluminum case is preferred); have a deep understanding of battery cell production and material characteristics; familiar with lithium-ion battery production process; Have a deep understanding and be familiar with cell design methods.
